What is everyone doing for brochures and price sheets? My owner wants up to go with QR code’s for everything, but not sure if that will work!
Who has the BEST brochure designs etc? Show me what you got!

We had ours redesign to black and white so we can print on regular paper if needed. We have laminated color ones in the office we use when reviewing Floorplans or they can print our online brochure.

Yes that was my thoughts too! My guess is the higher end residential communities have gone paperless and now he thinks we should too! SMH haha

We use a QR code for our website and youtube tours. We have it printed on the backside of our business card too.

Completely paperless. No brochures. They always just wind up in the trash anyway.

I would still encourage a limited number of print price sheet and/brochure options. Online and “print it yourself” isn’t for everyone.

We have QR codes on our brochures so that the basic info/photos are nice and big, then they can head to the website for FAQ and more details
