Entrata has their own built in CRM. Yardi we always added Knock aka extra $$$ for adding the CRM. Yardi was developed by accountants so it’s great for reporting but accountants probably aren’t the best to design the leasing and marketing piece of the software and where it causes some odd flows in Yardi.
And we are also conventional and military housing. I feel like I wouldn’t know how to operate if I only had one vs. both. Yardi is used for the accounting items and Entrata is where the resident portal and items for resident file are.
When a resident wants it a bit colder in their apartment.

We are weighing the pros and cons of hiring additional maintenance techs versus using a make-ready company to turn over the apartments.
