I started a new lease on 1/1/2019 and I am getting crazy rub fees last month was $1000.00 in rubs fees alone and this month its $600
I've talked to all the other tenants and no one has ever gotten one of these bills before and their is no rubs agreement on the lease
can I get my money back and maybe move out of this place with my security deposit ?
