The verdict is in: 2010 will be better than 2009

At least, that is the result of our latest poll. According to respondents, 63% of voters expect 2010 to be better than 2009 compared to only 11% who thought it would be worse. The remaining 26% believed 2010 would be about the same as 2009.

No doubt the sentiment seems to be moving in a positive direction. I think - in part - people are just tired of bad news and as a result are ready to make some good news.

That said - bring it on! Let's roll...

Well, I'm a big believer in that perception becomes reality, so I think it's almost a self fulfilling prophecy (hopefully!)

I'm glad people are optimistic about the new decade. The last one was really hard on a lot of people. Maybe they feel that there's no way to go but up from where we are now.

Brent and Mike - you are both right. There really is a lot of optimism in the air. There has been much talk amongst our clients about starting to expand portfolios once again and we have had an increase in the amount of proposal requests from owner prospects...And if we have to create prosperity - LET'S ROCK!
