We are looking for a new partner or company to joint venture with in purchasing 100+ unit apartment buildings within emerging cities in the US.
Our ideal partner would already be involved in real estate investing, but not necessarily full time (could also have a full time "job"). We're looking for someone who can communicate effectively with investors and build strategic relationships. Ideally, located in the northern Virginia area, but not a requirement as we can communicate over the internet and via telephone.
