I think we should promote a reality show similar to Spike's "Bar Rescue"......... We should go into troubled properties and realign them to the point where they are at least on the path to profits.....

Now George,

Here I was thinking you were a owner or manager and was looking for some ideas. The problem to theft of maintenance materials is a lot easier than people think, if they put the correct processes in place to track properly what is on hand and what apartment or common area the items went.

Keeping maintenance techs in the loop and directly responsible for their budget is a good idea too.
